BEGINNER INTRO TO PILATES

I created this series to introduce you to Pilates and my calm, mindful approach to exercise. My workouts are super effective and are designed to build strength & create length throughout your entire body. My goal with these 5 workouts is to help you build a strong foundation for Pilates that prepares you for every level of workout I offer – once you get to that point you can combine these with any of my workouts to create your own routine OR follow along with my Weekly Workout Schedule. With consistency and time, you WILL see the results you are looking for and most likely become as obsessed with Pilates as I am. I truly never looked or felt the way I wanted to until I committed to a Pilates routine – and I am so grateful every single day for it.

Remember to take it slow! My style of workout has intentionally slow, controlled movements which are meant to enhance the burn, ensure proper form, and ultimately give you the strength, length & tone you are looking for.
