Simple yet super effective arm toning workout for beginners. Do this workout with or without weights. You'll be surprised how challenging using even just a 1lb weight can truly be. This one is great if you are new to Pilates or just getting back into working out. Remember to take it slow – my slow, controlled movements are meant to enhance the burn and ensure proper form.
