Pilates + Weights
This month-long program combines pilates + weight training, and includes a yoga class and a low-impact cardio circuit. I created this program to add something new to my app and to offer some variety in your routine. I suggest going on a walk most days in addition to your workouts, and if you feel like you need more, stack any of the other workouts from my app with these ones. In these workouts, I use one 20lb weight, and two 8lb weights.
