FALL SERIES
Meet the fall pilates series! Four 20 minute workouts & one 20 minute stretch – do these consecutively, one each day, or combine with any of my other workouts to create your own schedule. If you typically follow my Weekly Workout Schedule, these will be perfect when you are short on time OR if you need an extra challenge and want to double up on workouts for the day!
