Follow along with this 1-month beginner mat pilates program to create a strong foundation and learn proper form and technique. This month of pilates will prepare you for more challenging workouts so you can continue to progress in your workout routine. Each week consists of 4 mat pilates workouts ranging from 15-30 minutes, 1 gentle stretch, and suggested activities like walking or light cardio. I wanted to create a program that shows you how you can really incorporate pilates into your lifestyle without feeling overwhelmed. This program is meant to feel super manageable, not intimidating, and therefore motivating. Hope you enjoy!
