These workout schedules are updated weekly! Each includes 3 full body workouts, along with shorter workouts that target more specific areas of the body. I created these schedules to give you a general guideline to follow throughout the week – but feel free to mix and match workouts from my library! I also suggest adding any additional walking, yoga, or cardio to your routine as you like. Enjoy!
