This workout schedule is updated weekly! The schedule will include 3 beginner full body workouts, as well as 2 beginner or all levels workouts that target more specific areas of the body. You can follow this beginner workout schedule for as long as you want to before moving on the regular weekly workout schedule. There is absolutely no rush to move to a more advanced level – what's most important is to listen to your own body and enjoy your workouts!
